This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete go-to-market lifecycle for pod products, encompassing market sizing and initial strategy through to launch, field execution, post-launch performance monitoring, and transition to the core business.
• Collaborate with Pod Founders, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including defining the ideal customer, establishing pricing and packaging, formulating channel strategies, and positioning against competitors.
• Create coverage models, pipeline processes, forecasting schedules, and engagement rules for initial seller groups.
• Develop and oversee Salesforce and Excel analytics to monitor pipeline health, win/loss ratios, attachment rates, average contract values, and renewal trends.
• Spearhead CRM development, document playbooks, configure tools, and ensure alignment across enablement, marketing, finance, deal desk, and IT departments.
• Establish graduation criteria and integration processes for products transitioning from pods to the full seller base.
• Deliver clear, data-driven narratives in planning meetings, business reviews, executive sessions, and during annual planning.
• Ensure performance visibility across active pods and lead the go-to-market strategy for at least one pod through a checkpoint.
• A minimum of five years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar go-to-market role.
• Proven experience in supporting new product launches or emerging business initiatives where a playbook was not previously established.
• At least three years of practical Salesforce experience in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data structures.
• Proficient in Excel, including model creation, variance analysis, and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Capacity to work independently from scratch and develop functional operating systems.
• Skilled in structuring ambiguous go-to-market challenges, designing analytical frameworks, and justifying recommendations.
• High degree of accuracy and accountability in leadership reporting and insights.
• Ability to influence product, finance, marketing, and sales teams without direct authority.
