This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist in the comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Evaluate market trends and sales performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and sales metrics.
• Detect inefficiencies within the sales process and enact enhancements.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and associated tools.
• Oversee sales forecasting processes to ensure precision.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of sales team members regarding tools and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytics.
• Strong expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and excel in a dynamic environment.
