Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Inspire and lead the Customer Service and Sales Operations teams to meet targets while upholding service excellence.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

• Perform detailed sales analyses to uncover trends and enhance sales strategies.

• Ensure seamless collaboration with other departments to meet delivery schedules.

• Oversee sample dispatch and tracking processes.

• Create and implement efficient procedures for managing returns.

• Organize and conduct inventory assessments for stock management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Multiple years of experience in a leadership position within Sales Operations or Customer Service.

• In-depth knowledge of sales analysis, order management, and inventory processes.

• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing teams.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
