This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
β’ Act as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert within the Services organization, taking ownership of both front-end (page layouts, fields) and back-end (custom objects, advanced Flows) configurations to facilitate scalable and repeatable operations.
β’ Design and implement repeatable Salesforce processes specifically tailored for an enterprise SaaS professional services environment to enhance forecast accuracy, utilization tracking, and project health visibility.
β’ Lead cross-functional projects autonomously from initiation to completion to achieve the operational priorities established by senior leadership across Services and Customer Engineering.
β’ Work in collaboration with BI Analysts to uphold a clean Salesforce data foundation, ensuring accurate representation of all Services activity in executive reporting and downstream business intelligence.
β’ Identify and address process bottlenecks throughout the implementation and consulting lifecycle to expedite project delivery and minimize manual overhead for Services leadership.
β’ Over 5 years of operational experience in a SaaS, professional services, or consulting organization.
β’ Practical technical experience in configuring Salesforce, including Flow Builder, custom object modeling, and advanced reporting.
β’ Proven experience in developing and scaling operational workflows for professional services teams.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
