Sales Operations Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provides administrative support to Sales Account Managers (SAMs) by addressing operational challenges and fulfilling their needs.

• Serves as an interim contact for Sales Account Managers during their time off.

• Leverages Tableau reports to enhance task efficiency and management.

• Aids in account setup, password resets, and updates for InteleViewer, PAL, and InteleShare systems.

• Organizes and processes orders for Sales Account Managers via the Print Portal or Marketing Team.

• Develops, monitors, and offers insights on strategic PAL Watchlists for Sales Account Managers.

• Assists with meeting arrangements, including preparation, note-taking, and follow-up communication.

• Supports In-Market territories by ensuring consistency between eRIS and Envision CRM data.

• Enters data into reports for the assigned region and directs questions to appropriate contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare sector or a related field.

• Experience with Radiological Information System (RIS) platforms is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, a problem-solver, and a collaborative team member.

• Proficient in navigating multiple computer screens and browsers swiftly and accurately.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
