Sales Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• As a Sales Operations Intern, you will assist your assigned team with commercial support activities (for instance, engaging with business prospects and coordinating calls, crafting proposals/quotes, and collaborating with team members across various departments such as engineering/marketing).

• This position is remote (no travel required), and you will communicate with colleagues and business partners via video, phone, email, and instant messaging.

• A university degree obtained or students graduating within the next 12 months.

• Self-motivated and responsible: Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.

• Time management skills: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• CRM proficiency: Familiarity with basic CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Monday, or similar platforms.

• Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Technical competency: Basic understanding of PCs, networking, and fundamental Internet technologies.

• Customer service excellence: Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Passion for growth: Desire to learn and grow within the fields of Marketing and Sales.
