Sales Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the commercial team in optimizing processes, maintaining the CRM, and extracting sales data.

• Serve as the HubSpot administrator, overseeing user management, permissions, fields/properties, and daily pipeline requirements.

• Address sellers' CRM-related inquiries and help rectify minor errors or system tickets.

• Ensure the integrity of CRM data and confirm that all necessary fields are filled out.

• Gather and visually present sales data for forecasting and pipeline assessment meetings.

• Aid in mapping out sales operational workflows.

• Develop brief tutorials for the ongoing training of the commercial team.

• Collaborate with closers, pre-sales, and commercial managers to guarantee accurate data, optimally configured tools, and streamlined processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be in the 3rd year or higher of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas).

• Capable of analyzing spreadsheets and identifying quantitative inconsistencies.

• Availability for a 6-hour per day internship (30 hours per week).

• Possess an analytical and organized mindset with an interest in processes and data.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with the commercial team.

• Familiarity with and practical experience using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to enhance technical efficiency.

• Preferred: experience with or knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems.

• Preferred: basic knowledge of SQL, BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI, or automation tools.
