This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager acts as the operational foundation for the Strategic Growth Department.
• This role encompasses driving accountability, overseeing CRM management, generating reports, conducting performance analytics, preparing for meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring operational excellence within the recruiting and expansion teams.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to manage various priorities in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a comparable position.
• Proven experience in owning and managing CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in supporting recruiting, sales, or growth teams.
• Experience in developing reporting frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant prior experience, and specific work location.
