This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Develop and implement both short-term and long-term operational strategies that align with FuzeRx’s strategic goals.
• Lead significant special projects and growth initiatives, ensuring preparedness for new market entries and product launches.
• Act as the main liaison between Enterprise, P&T, and Operations to synchronize launch timelines with execution readiness.
• Streamline, centralize, and modernize operational policies and processes.
• Supervise the development and upkeep of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation across all legacy businesses to unify into one Rx operational SOP.
• Institutionalize continuous improvement as a dedicated, centralized function to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize process re-engineering methodologies to address existing gaps and boost site productivity.
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Design and implement extensive training programs for frontline employees and operational leaders.
• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle for new operational capabilities and technological integrations.
• Cultivate a strong leadership pipeline through standardized training to facilitate future growth and internal mobility.
• Connect cross-functional 'seams' between clinical, pharmacy, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Work with Workforce Planning to ensure staffing models accurately reflect real-time capacity needs and volume changes.
• More than 10 years of demonstrated experience in leading and unifying complex operations teams within a high-growth or rapidly evolving matrix environment.
• Exceptional capability to navigate cultural alignment challenges and guide organizational transformations.
• Proven track record and in-depth expertise in process engineering, quality management systems, and operational scaling.
• Ability to establish clear decision-making rights and roles to promote swift, effective actions throughout the organization.
• Experience in influencing and collaborating with all levels within a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Background in Pharmacy Services or Healthcare is a plus.
