This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complete ownership of our direct and exchange programmatic systems.
• Hands-on configuration, management, and troubleshooting of exchange integrations, deal ID setups, creative specifications, and pacing.
• Manage the technical relationship with DSP and SSP partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to identify delivery issues and facilitate campaign execution.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on the functioning of the programmatic stack and its maintenance.
• Full accountability for digital uptime across our billboard network in all operational markets.
• Daily health monitoring, incident response, and resolution procedures for digital display outages.
• Oversee and manage digital inventory booking and contract management platforms.
• Handle content management and media player software vendors, ensuring they meet roadmap commitments and SLAs.
• Serve as the primary liaison among digital operations, IT, and sales on matters concerning digital inventory availability and delivery.
• Facilitate the resolution of booking conflicts, overbooking diagnostics, and discrepancies in play counts.
• Collaborate with the data team to ensure play count pipeline integrity, alerting, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage project tracking and team workflows, ensuring organized workstreams across markets and stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic ad operations, digital media operations, or a similar operational role.
• Practical experience with programmatic exchange integrations: SSP or publisher-side experience is strongly preferred over DSP or agency-side.
• Proven system ownership throughout the entire lifecycle: configuration, monitoring, performance enhancement, and vendor accountability.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring partners meet SLAs.
• Ability to work deeply within technical systems: understanding data flow between platforms and diagnosing issues effectively.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple active workstreams across markets and vendors.
• Excellent communicator, capable of translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Asana.
