
Scheduling Coordinator – Home Care Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Coordinate and modify caregiver schedules throughout the day
• Handle same-day schedule adjustments and new care requests
• Respond to phone calls, texts, and Teams messages from caregivers and clients
• Manage caregiver absences and arrange for replacement coverage
• Monitor caregiver arrivals and ensure visit check-ins are completed
• Assist with Targeted Care and On Demand operations during the afternoon and evening
• Act as a backup for the Scheduling Manager during PTO and days off
• Update payroll time records based on confirmed visit data
• Ensure accurate documentation within our CRM system
• Work closely with Care Coordinators and the Operations team to provide seamless service
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home care scheduling, healthcare operations, staffing, dispatch, or a comparable fast-paced operations setting
• Proven experience in coordinating schedules and addressing time-sensitive matters
• Excellent customer service and telephone communication abilities
• Proficient in working with multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Previous experience in remote work is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling software is preferred
• No two days are alike.
• You will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the care they need while providing support to caregivers throughout their day.
• You will collaborate with an experienced operations team that prioritizes collaboration, ownership, responsiveness, and solution-finding.
