Operations Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance with inquiries related to products or applications.

• Aid in identifying and initiating corrective measures by determining the most cost-efficient solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

• Coordinate with various departments to escalate and resolve all client issues promptly.

• Carry out ad hoc tasks as needed to support operational and program objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role.

• Previous experience in the FX business is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.

• A strong desire for ongoing professional development.

• High level of autonomy and trust, with support for ideas and the opportunity to directly influence company outcomes.

• Good numerical proficiency.
