Sales Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete range of Traffic functions within the designated station/region.

• Assist in driving revenue and enhancing customer service both internally and with clients at the station/region.

• Prepare and revise daily logs for a 24-hour period, including programs, commercials, and promos.

• Organize, monitor, and preserve records of commercial copy materials received from agencies and clients.

• Develop formats and ensure accurate timings, coding, breaks, and inventory codes.

• Coordinate account activities and reconcile spots for billing purposes.

• Provide broadcast logs and automation playlists for both primary and digital channels.

• Resolve issues related to logs, formats, copy, on-air discrepancies, and as-runs.

• Collaborate with various station departments on projects and daily tasks that involve traffic operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in broadcast traffic.

• Practical experience with broadcast traffic systems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Unrestricted work authorization to be employed in the United States.

• Familiarity with Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Sales, and WO Connect.

• Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
