Sales Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee real-time auction activities to assess asset performance, pinpoint progression gaps, and take necessary actions to ensure successful sales.

• Develop and track daily watch lists, ensuring that assets needing intervention are promptly evaluated and resolved within required timeframes to sustain auction momentum.

• Review self-listed assets for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality; flag listings that need updates or corrections.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to address listing issues, offer feedback, and support seller education initiatives aimed at enhancing listing quality and marketplace performance.

• Analyze participant activities during live auctions to detect suspicious, non-compliant, or high-risk behaviors that could affect transaction integrity or marketplace trust.

• Take necessary actions, including escalation and account restrictions, to avert fraudulent activities and maintain marketplace integrity.

• Ensure precise tracking of auction activities using internal systems and reporting tools.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager of Sales Operations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office, with a strong emphasis on practical knowledge of MS Excel.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of delivering accurate and timely results.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills that facilitate effective business interactions across various leadership styles, personalities, and professional levels (e.g., sales, accounting, logistics, warehouses).
