This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Business Development (BD) team in generating substantial revenue with existing and potential clients within the M&A ecosystem.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of the Salesforce database.
• Create customized, high-impact outreach strategies and campaigns targeting key client segments, including M&A attorneys, venture capital and private equity investors, as well as corporate buyers.
• Extract and interpret data from Salesforce.com or other record-keeping systems for the BD team.
• Organize (and participate, as needed) in meetings and client events for the BD team with M&A attorneys, venture capital and private equity investors, and corporate buyers.
• Assess leads generated through the company’s website and marketing efforts, collaborating with the BD team for targeted follow-up.
• Aid in planning product demonstrations and client presentations while managing all subsequent follow-up activities.
• Identify data trends, propose tactical strategies for enhancing current initiatives, and capitalize on emerging trends.
• Prepare and evaluate account performance metrics.
• Work closely with colleagues to establish best practices.
• Contribute towards team objectives and participate in special projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales support or client services.
• At least 3 years’ experience in an analytical role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic team environment while maintaining a focus on revenue generation.
• Demonstrated history of supporting and contributing to revenue growth.
• Conducts work with the utmost integrity and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about developing efficient and scalable business processes.
• Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-driven and self-motivated team player.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage workload.
• Proven ability to collaborate with individuals of diverse personalities.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with staff at all levels and coordinating a variety of internal and external activities.
