This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Deliver prompt and precise contract and proposal assistance to the Sales and Customer Success teams while enhancing operational processes to expand Sales Operations.
• This position oversees contract lifecycle activities, verifies booking and revenue calculations, and upholds CRM data integrity to facilitate renewals and client adjustments.
• Develop, prepare, and process proposals and contracts, ensuring that all documents are thorough and ready for signatures.
• Examine contracts for adherence to SOX and SOC1-related standards and manage the countersignature process.
• Compute and confirm Bookings and Annual Revenue Implemented to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure client-signed contracts and address any outstanding issues.
• Manage pricing and discount requests; direct them to the Deal Desk and secure necessary approvals from Legal, Billing, and Finance.
• Ensure the accuracy of CRM data through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and reporting.
• Assist with client repricing, billing initiatives, and termination processes for designated accounts.
• Oversee offboarding procedures for assigned clients, guaranteeing timely completion of necessary steps.
• Recognize and document opportunities to enhance productivity and implement process improvements using appropriate automation.
• Acquire and utilize new AI tools to boost accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in contracting, sales operations, or a related operational role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in transactional tasks.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience in documenting and enhancing processes; familiarity with basic automation or workflow tools is preferred.
