This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Assist users of our SalesForce.com system.
• Offer guidance on system usage and related policies.
• Define and document business specifications, application functionalities, and workflow requirements.
• Create test plans, develop test scripts, and conduct business testing.
• Facilitate support for new releases through testing and communication.
• Oversee data stewardship, including user management, data enrichment, data de-duplication, and general data hygiene.
• Assist the CRM user community and collaborate with software development/technical teams.
• Gather business requirements from both the business and IT communities.
• Provide daily support for business users of the CRM system.
• Create and maintain high-quality operational dashboards, data reports, and analyses.
• Conduct training sessions for small groups via web platforms.
• Document improvements or change requests related to data and systems.
• Communicate changes and issues within the supported region.
• Perform testing on reported issues and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with system stakeholders from all business divisions.
• Support CRM/Power BI/CPQ projects as necessary.
• Assist with user-submitted tickets in SalesForce.com.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, and Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in gathering information from users to support SalesForce.com.
• Experience in a Scientific or Pharmaceutical setting is a plus.
• Certification as an SFDC Business Analyst, Administrator, or in AI is desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening, is necessary.
