This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Act as the primary SOPS contact for all new hires during their initial 30 days.
• Facilitate AE walkthroughs of their designated territories, discussing operational rhythms and addressing queries regarding systems and tools.
• Allocate territories and accounts to new hires, ensuring the accuracy of accounts within the territory.
• Collaborate with the enablement team and Sales Leaders to develop action plans and highlight findings related to AE performance gaps.
• Oversee the ongoing enhancement of the SOPS onboarding checklist and associated documentation.
• Manage the development, distribution, and evaluation of essential Field Operations initiatives.
• Confirm territory assignments after re-carves or adjustments in headcount.
• Lead monthly clean-up activities in SFDC to maintain data hygiene.
• Identify recurring errors in SFDC and communicate patterns to Sales Systems/IT for automated solutions.
• Organize the logistics for the weekly EMEA POV Approval Board.
• Assist in establishing new regions and subregions as the international business grows.
• Handle the resolution of ad hoc and non-standard operational requests that do not align with existing playbooks.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar field.
• Practical experience with Salesforce.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset — you notice what others overlook.
• Strong written communication skills; comfortable in a Slack-heavy asynchronous environment.
• Capability to juggle multiple requests at once and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data validation and basic analysis.
• Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, or similar GTM tools.
• Experience with Sigma, Gong, or other business intelligence/reporting platforms.
• Prior experience in a help-queue or ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira, Slack-based triage).
• Knowledge of territory management, quota setting, or SPIFF program administration.
• Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
