This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of Deal Integrity & Flow: Conduct audits on "Closed Won" deals to verify the accuracy of commercial terms and ensure seamless automated transitions to Onboarding and Customer Success.
• Assist with Commissions Reporting: Manage internal sales commissions reporting and serve as a liaison for Sales Representatives Q&A. Utilize AI-powered tools to create, validate, and enhance commission statements, working alongside internal AI experts to sustain and refine automated processes.
• Enhance GTM Workflows: Collaborate with our Salesforce Administrator to develop and uphold Salesforce workflows.
• Improve GTM Process + Strategy: Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to refine current processes and introduce new ones when strategic adjustments are necessary.
• Oversee the Revenue Engine: Actively monitor deal velocity and stage gates, ensuring all essential checks and balances are fulfilled before a deal advances.
• Support Data Governance & CRM Compliance: Ensure CRM data integrity throughout the sales funnel by proactively identifying and addressing data discrepancies, following up with sales representatives to confirm precise and timely data entry. Maintain Reporting Infrastructure: Assist in the upkeep of existing Salesforce reports and dashboards, guaranteeing data accuracy and timely updates across pipeline and bookings tracking tools.
• Aid in Weekly and Monthly Reporting Cycles: Contribute to the preparation and distribution of regular sales reports, including summaries of pipeline activity and tracking of funnel movement, ensuring stakeholders receive timely visibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related data-focused position centered on the customer lifecycle.
• Proficient in Salesforce or other CRMs, including Workflows, Custom Objects, and Deal Stage progression.
• Strong expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and CRM reporting to analyze trends and pinpoint process failures.
• Proven ability to design, test, and enhance AI-assisted workflows for operational processes, including validating the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and iterating based on findings.
