This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of Deal Integrity & Flow by auditing "Closed Won" deals to verify the accuracy of commercial terms and ensure that all automated transitions to Onboarding and Customer Success are executed seamlessly.
• Assist in Commissions Reporting by generating internal sales commission reports and collaborating with Sales Representatives for Q&A. Utilize AI-assisted tools to create, validate, and enhance commission statements while working with internal AI advocates to sustain and refine automated workflows.
• Optimize GTM Workflows by collaborating with our Salesforce Administrator to design and uphold Salesforce workflows.
• Improve GTM Process and Strategy by working alongside Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to refine current processes and establish new ones in response to strategic changes.
• Oversee the Revenue Engine by actively monitoring deal velocity and stage gates, confirming that all necessary checks and balances are fulfilled before a deal advances.
• Support Data Governance and CRM Compliance by ensuring CRM data integrity throughout the sales funnel, proactively spotting and addressing data discrepancies, and following up with sales representatives to enforce precise and timely data entry.
• Maintain Reporting Infrastructure by aiding in the upkeep of existing Salesforce reports and dashboards, guaranteeing data accuracy and timely updates across pipeline and bookings monitoring tools.
• Facilitate Weekly and Monthly Reporting Cycles by helping prepare and distribute recurring sales reports, including summaries of pipeline activity and tracking funnel movement, ensuring stakeholders have timely visibility.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related data-focused role that centers on the customer lifecycle.
• Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems, including workflows, custom objects, and deal stage progression.
• Strong expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and CRM reporting to visualize trends and pinpoint process failures.
• Proven capability to design, test, and refine AI-assisted workflows for operational processes, including validating the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and iterating based on feedback.
