Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will manage a variety of operational tasks including reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, and process development.

• Play a crucial role in enhancing processes for Elo by evaluating and organizing multiple data sources, offering direct support to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operational teams.

• Provide insights and reporting to aid in decision-making and strategic planning for the Sales Operations team.

• Analyze data and deliver key visualizations and intelligence that effectively convey complex information in an easily understandable format for a non-technical audience.

• Develop straightforward sales processes and maintain reporting on all sales metrics, ensuring that data is up-to-date and readily accessible.

• Collaborate with the IT department to manage and ensure a CRM system that brings value and alignment within the organization.

• Design and automate customized dashboards tailored to meet specific business and team requirements.

• Assist in process improvement and system adoption initiatives to provide scalable reporting support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in an analyst or comparable role, ideally within the information technology sector.

• Proven expertise in Excel, PowerBI, and other Microsoft applications.

• Strong business and financial acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
