Sales Operations Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing clients.

• Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly.

• Allocate inbound leads through phone and email communication.

• Manage the processing of new service agreements.

• Execute data entry tasks in Salesforce.

• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

• Support miscellaneous requests from sales representatives.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in installation instructions.

• Collaborate effectively with team members across all departments.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of two years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or similar positions.

• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and Salesforce.

• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.

• Capability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Competence to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with Sedona and Manitou is advantageous.
