This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Oversee and enhance CRM (e.g., Salesforce) configuration, data integrity, user engagement, and process workflows.
• Facilitate precise and timely sales forecasting and pipeline reporting for leadership, as well as quarterly and annual planning.
• Create and sustain sales dashboards, KPIs, and routine performance reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Spearhead territory design, quota distribution, and compensation plan management in collaboration with HR and Finance.
• Standardize and document sales procedures (lead-to-cash, opportunity stages, handoffs) while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in sales enablement efforts including onboarding, playbooks, proposal and quote templates, and training for tools and process adjustments.
• Oversee the CPQ and quoting processes, including integrations and automation.
• Perform root-cause analysis on deal slippage, forecasting discrepancies, win/loss outcomes, and churn catalysts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to assess and enhance lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.
• Manage analytical projects and business cases to support strategic commercial goals and inform senior leadership decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor and cultivate junior Sales Operations team members.
• 4–7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales analytics, or a comparable role within B2B enterprise sales.
• Prior experience with Inside Sales and/or BDR organizations is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred); familiarity with CPQ and ERP integrations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities — proficient in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau) and comfortable using SQL for data queries.
• Proven ability to convert data into actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent program and project management skills; experience in implementing process enhancements and driving change across teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
