This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead post-auction negotiations: Facilitate successful post-auction agreements between buyers and sellers while maximizing conversion rates and profitability.
• Achieve commercial goals: Consistently meet monthly targets for deal volume, margins, and fee discipline.
• Maintain deal progression: Accelerate opportunities proactively to ensure rapid closing times and reduce drop-off rates.
• Build trustworthy relationships: Develop credibility and rapport with buyers, sellers, collectors, and dealers across various markets.
• Assist international clients: Deliver exemplary customer service to both English and French-speaking audiences.
• Offer valuation insights: Utilize strong market expertise to aid in vehicle valuations, reserve pricing discussions, and negotiation strategies.
• Identify connection opportunities: Create and nurture a network of buyers and sellers to effectively link customers with suitable vehicles.
• Ensure operational precision: Maintain a keen attention to detail in deal terms, documentation, communications, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate across departments: Partner closely with auctions, customer support, and commercial teams to enhance conversion rates and customer experiences.
• Share market intelligence: Provide insights on customer feedback, pricing trends, and competitive analysis to enhance auction strategies and performance.
• In-depth automotive knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of classic and/or performance vehicles, including market trends and valuations.
• Strong negotiation capabilities: Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes while balancing customer satisfaction and commercial success.
• Proficient in English communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in French communication: Professional fluency in French is required.
• Relationship-building expertise: Proven experience in quickly establishing trust with customers, clients, or stakeholders.
• Commercial insight: Strong business acumen with a background in balancing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactive mindset: Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and sustain momentum across multiple deals.
• High level of detail orientation: Consistently accurate and organized in dynamic operational environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience in managing pipelines, customer interactions, and reporting within CRM or sales platforms.
