• Deliver high-level administrative and coordination support to Solution Advisors and Client Service Managers, encompassing calendar management, meeting organization, and follow-ups.
• Oversee sales and marketing calendars, assets, and documentation to guarantee organization, accessibility, and version control.
• Manage and enhance CRM systems, focusing on data integrity, workflow management, reporting, and the development of campaign lists.
• Organize and implement conferences and events, which includes research, logistics, travel coordination, booth setup, and post-event follow-ups.
• Perform market, territory, and competitive research to guide sales strategies, outreach efforts, and campaign creation.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to support projects, events, and business development initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality while contributing to effective team operations and continuous process enhancements.
• Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field; postgraduate or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Project Management is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in administrative and executive support, ideally in roles that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, or Operations.
• Proven experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating stakeholders, and providing support to executive-level positions.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in territory research or business development support.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies effectively.
• Required or preferred familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana is considered an asset.
• Ability to tackle complex challenges within a defined framework and timeline.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality and creativity.
• Strong time management abilities, with sensitivity to confidential matters.
