• Meet revenue and market share objectives in the designated territory.
• Educational background in technical or business fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales or marketing positions.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.
• Results-driven mindset with the capability to work towards targets and deadlines.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, knowledge of account-based selling, and previous exposure to international collaboration settings would be advantageous.
