Sales Market Development Representative, Aortic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance the sales process alongside the sales team, concentrating on opportunity management.

• Develop and execute account development plans and strategies for designated accounts.

• Advocate for and sell Medtronic Aortic devices and Aortic+ services tailored to customer requirements.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients to foster satisfaction and partnership.

• Facilitate collaboration between marketing and sales teams within the matrix organization.

• Direct the Medtronic account team strategy for assigned accounts.

• Meet revenue and market share objectives in the designated territory.

• Educational background in technical or business fields.

• At least 4 years of experience in sales or marketing positions.

• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to thrive in a matrix organization.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and digital sales tools.

• Results-driven mindset with the capability to work towards targets and deadlines.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, knowledge of account-based selling, and previous exposure to international collaboration settings would be advantageous.
