This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Responsible for CRM and sales operations, enhancing pipeline structure and workflows.
• Upholder of robust CRM practices within the sales team.
• Propel performance through structured reporting and dashboards.
• Guide and nurture the sales team by providing coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee inbound lead management with swift response times and efficient distribution.
• Maintain call quality and communication standards for clients based in the US.
• Direct the sales function through data analysis of essential performance metrics.
• 7–10 years of pertinent sales experience, with a solid foundation in sales execution and revenue enhancement.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role, guiding and developing sales teams.
• Demonstrated success in sales positions, encompassing direct ownership of targets, pipelines, and performance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), including daily operational usage, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Experience in managing inbound sales, ideally in a B2C or high-volume context.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 5 or more Sales Representatives.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the capacity to make data-driven choices.
• Familiarity with call-based sales models.
• Proficient in English (working with clients based in the US).
• Significant involvement in daily sales operations.

• Proven success in enhancing conversion rates.
• Knowledge of call tracking and call scoring tools.
• Background in fast-paced or high-volume sales settings.
• Full-time, remote position (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
