This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive the entire customer acquisition process: from generating leads, through client exploration and product demonstrations, to successful negotiations on pricing.
β’ Take ownership of the sales procedure: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that effectively showcase the value of AMBOSS.
β’ Collaborate for success: Work alongside marketing and product teams to develop targeted and effective sales strategies.
β’ Propel growth: Provide insights from the field to shape go-to-market strategies and enhance product offerings.
β’ Represent AMBOSS: Participate in significant conferences, academic events, and campus visits to increase brand awareness and build trust.
β’ Learn and adapt: Intentionally track activities to reflect on, improve, and celebrate team successes.
β’ 2β5 years of proven success in outbound or consultative B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare, edtech, or SaaS sectors.
β’ A proactive mindset with strong ownership and initiative β you create opportunities rather than waiting for them.
β’ Outstanding communication abilities β persuasive, authentic, and clear.
β’ A strong passion for mission-driven work that enhances healthcare, education, or technology.
β’ Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and Google Workspace tools.
β’ Previous experience selling to healthcare organizations or academic institutions.
β’ Familiarity with medical education or clinical decision-support tools.
β’ Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
