This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

đź“‹ Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a dedicated sales team across the US and Canada.

• Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts along with high-value opportunities.

• Drive customer acquisition efforts across both markets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies specifically designed for our Scaleup and Modern Enterprise segments.

• Maintain discipline in the sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and manage deal progression from initial lead to closure.

• Guide the team in areas such as discovery, value selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Enhance conversion rates at key funnel stages — from lead-to-demo, demo-to-opportunity, and opportunity-to-close.

• Ensure excellent CRM practices, accurate reporting, and transparent visibility into team performance.

• Create and refine playbooks, qualification frameworks, and account prioritization methodologies.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation, targeting, and messaging for larger accounts.

• Partner with Customer Success to guarantee seamless handoffs and alignment during onboarding.

• Provide leadership with market feedback, competitive insights, and identify product gaps.

• Represent GotPhoto at industry events, trade shows, and client visits to cultivate pipeline and secure opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, revenue leadership, or roles focused on new business development.

• Demonstrated success in managing a sales team while personally handling and closing strategic accounts.

• Strong history of generating new business and closing high-value transactions.

• Hunter mentality — a relentless builder of pipelines with a strong inclination towards closing deals.

• Disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM practices.

• Capability to coach sales representatives on discovery, value selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Executive presence — able to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

• Data-driven mindset with the capacity to translate metrics into actionable strategies.

• Experience in developing sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms within a growing business.
