This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet territory sales objectives.
• Oversee and convert capital equipment leads generated by aftermarket and marketing departments.
• Discover new business prospects within the feed, oilseed, industrial, and related sectors.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, agents, and industry collaborators.
• Conduct customer visits, deliver presentations, and engage in commercial negotiations.
• Work in collaboration with technical and engineering teams to create customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure precise pipeline and forecasting data is maintained in Salesforce.
• Represent CPM at industry functions, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Demonstrated experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical sales.
• Experience in the animal feed sector is highly favored; experience in oilseed, grain processing, biomass, or related fields will also be taken into account.
• Strong skills in commerce and negotiation.
• Capability to manage intricate sales cycles and customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel across Turkey and the surrounding region.
