• Oversee the sales and market development of the company's electronic component product lines within the Malaysia region.
• Foster growth by acquiring and managing a varied portfolio of clients, including EMS/ODM partners and leaders in the industrial and automotive sectors, while optimizing local distribution channels.
• Promote the company’s product lines by providing product introductions, technical solution support, quotations, project follow-ups, and engaging in commercial negotiations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while managing the complete order process, including delivery and payment collection.
• Collect information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular reports to the management.
• Collaborate with Headquarters and the Field Application Engineer (FAE) team to ensure the successful completion of key projects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Diploma or Degree; preferred majors include Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales related to semiconductors, electronic components, or Memory/MCU products.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian electronics manufacturing sector, as well as consumer electronics, industrial control, or automotive electronics markets is preferred.
• Basic understanding of products is essential; knowledge of Memory IC or MCU products is an advantage.
• Proficient in English for independent business communications; fluency in Mandarin is a significant plus.
• Goal-oriented with a high tolerance for stress; must be willing to travel within Malaysia.
