📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in enhancing company bookings and expanding market presence within the Public Safety sector.

• Concentrate on marketing Allerium’s Agency Solutions, including 9-1-1 Call Handling Equipment (CHE/CPE).

• Accountable for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities; managing customer renewals within your designated territory.

• Conduct sales through direct selling as well as leveraging third-party channel partners.

• Requires strategic management of key accounts, business development initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Strong professional presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Responsible for the creation and negotiation of multi-year government contracts.

• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal closure to consistently meet sales objectives.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability by implementing best practices and sales methodologies to enhance performance.

• Keep CRM information accurate and current.

• Assist the finance team with invoicing and payment processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical understanding of the telecommunications industry.

• Proven experience selling 9-1-1 call handling solutions with a comprehensive knowledge of the 9-1-1 and public safety landscape.

• Background in selling computer-aided dispatch, GIS, and cloud-based platforms or other related PSAP solutions.

• Familiarity with MEDDICC / MEDDPICCR or similar sales methodologies.

• Must reside in one of the following states: KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, or FL.

• At least 5 years of experience selling to public safety agencies, or equivalent experience.
