• Achieve and surpass annual booking targets within a designated geographical territory, which includes nurturing large, existing strategic accounts and identifying new prospect accounts.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation to deal closure and subsequent repeat purchases.
• Develop comprehensive business plans to support the achievement of set goals and quotas.
• Act as the primary advocate for conveying our value proposition to potential clients in both the academic and commercial sectors of the industry.
• Identify customer needs and ensure that we provide the essential products, tools, and technical resources required for them to realize their ambitious objectives, thereby maintaining our competitive edge.
• Collaborate with various internal teams on intricate customer tenders, bids, and other agreements.
• Effectively and efficiently utilize go-to-market resources (such as solution physicists, marketing, professional materials, evaluation programs, etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Keep a precise and current overview of all leads and opportunities under your management; supply reports as necessary.
• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success as a growth-oriented salesperson, with a focus on expanding new business.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
• A background in physics and/or electrical engineering, along with an understanding of quantum computing.
• Readiness to travel to customer and prospect locations regularly.
• Proficiency in market research, sales cycle management, and negotiation strategies.
• Capability to cultivate relationships built on trust.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; a high degree of independence.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean is a significant advantage.
