📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass annual booking objectives within an assigned geographical territory, which includes nurturing large existing strategic accounts and identifying new potential accounts.

• Oversee the complete sales process from the initial lead generation to closing deals and encouraging repeat purchases.

• Develop comprehensive business plans aimed at reaching specified goals and quotas.

• Act as the primary communicator of our value proposition to potential clients across both academic and commercial sectors.

• Identify customer needs and ensure the provision of necessary products, tools, and technical resources to assist them in achieving their ambitious objectives and maintaining our competitive edge.

• Collaborate with various internal teams on intricate customer tenders, bids, and agreements.

• Utilize go-to-market resources (such as solution engineers, marketing, professional materials, evaluation programs, etc.) effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

• Keep an accurate and current record of all leads and opportunities under your management; generate reports as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of demonstrated success as a growth-focused salesperson, particularly in new business development.

• Experience in hardware sales along with a strong advantage in selling to academic institutions and research laboratories.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; strong presentation abilities.

• Proficient in market research, sales cycle management, and negotiation strategies.

• Capability to cultivate trusting relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; ability to work independently at a high level.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• Background in physics or electrical engineering, with an understanding of quantum computing.

• Willingness to travel to meet with customers and prospects regularly.
