This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Outbound B2B Sales – Identify and secure high-value (€5K–€100K+) contracts in web scraping, tailored data extraction, and proxy services.
• Lead Generation – Proactively seek out leads (CTOs, Product Managers, Data Engineers) through cold outreach (email/LinkedIn) and industry conferences.
• Full-Cycle Sales – Oversee the sales pipeline (CRM), perform demonstrations, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
• Market Expertise – Possess a thorough understanding of the European data, proxy, and scraping market.
• Must have experience strictly within our niche — Proxy/Scraping technology only.
• Strong background and a proven history in outbound B2B tech/SaaS sales (high-ticket transactions).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
• Mastery of cold outreach techniques — proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hunter.io.
• Tech-savvy in sales — capable of articulating the value of proxies, APIs, and data extraction.
• Pipeline management skills — adept at prioritization, follow-ups, and closing sales.
• Empathetic and resilient — able to listen, adapt, and persist without being aggressive.
• Native English proficiency.
• High-commission potential (uncapped): base salary plus a percentage of the deal.
• Responsibility for developing a scalable Sales function and cultivating high-performing teams.
