• Cultivating and securing business within the Power Stability sector for Transmission, Distribution, Power Generation Utilities, and Developer clientele.
• Managing the entire process from identifying new business prospects to nurturing customer relationships until the completion of deals.
• Offering solutions that facilitate the integration of increased renewable energy into the grid.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with TSOs/DSOs, regulators, utilities, IPPs, and partners to influence plans and procurement processes.
• Aiding in achieving order targets for Power Conversion and Storage North America in a strategic and expanding area of the business.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering discipline is highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the technology, energy, or a related sector.
• Familiarity with medium voltage power conversion technology, including but not limited to power electronics and electrical rotating machines.
• Strong customer-centric approach, capable of transforming customer needs and challenges into profitable business solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert business development obstacles into growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in multicultural and remote team settings, showcasing inclusive behaviors.
• Experience in functional or matrix leadership, with the capability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
