📋 Description

• Focus on acquiring new customers (cold calling)

• Attract new clients and projects in the IT and software development sector

• Build long-term partnerships

• Provide trustworthy personal and digital consulting

• Independently manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing

• Conduct price and contract negotiations confidently

• Identify clients' needs and present suitable solutions

• Create tailored offers from the IT service portfolio

• Evaluate and qualify project inquiries

• Maintain relevant data in the CRM and keep track of key metrics

• Several years of experience in selling software services

• Structured, goal-oriented, and confident approach to cold calling

• Technical understanding and empathy during client conversations

• Ability to quickly recognize needs and translate them into solutions

• Collaborate with freelancers and partners on equal footing

• Value teamwork and actively demonstrate initiative and responsibility

• Pursue goals with energy and persistence

• Fluent German language skills (C2/native speaker)
