📋 Description

• New Customer Acquisition: You will independently identify and acquire corporate clients, taking responsibility for your sales process—from initiating the first meetings to successfully closing contracts.

• Existing Customer Management: You will support our Existing Business Team as needed, utilizing the trust-based relationships you have developed with your existing clients.

• Initiative: You will be involved in activating client employees through events and communication measures.

• CRM Management: You will systematically document your activities in our CRM system (Salesforce), facilitating efficient collaboration.

• Sales Innovation: You will contribute your optimization suggestions and ideas to enhance sales success.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: You will work intensively with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Supply, and Existing Business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Sales Experience: You have at least two years of practical experience in B2B sales and are eager to apply your skills in a growing market sector.

• Regional Connectivity: You are from Hamburg or the surrounding area and have a deep understanding of the region, including its culture, people, and local nuances.

• Success Orientation: You are driven by the idea of taking control of your own success.

• Meaningful Sales: You want to sell a product that matters for your next career step, helping companies prioritize workplace health promotion with EGYM Wellpass.

• Work Style: You maintain a structured and self-responsible work approach.

• Corporate Health Management: Ideally, you have experience in corporate health management/employee fitness or possess relevant knowledge in this area, such as through a degree.
