This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Develop and oversee TRG's B2G sales pipeline across European markets, managing it from qualification to contract signature.
• Establish and nurture relationships with law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries, and various government agencies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for TRG's solutions.
• Navigate the European public sector procurement landscape, including RFPs/RFIs, public tenders, framework agreements, vendor qualifications, and budget cycles.
• Comprehend customer needs regarding data protection, data sovereignty, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize countries and opportunities based on market potential, government initiatives, procurement cycles, and strategic alignment.
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, integrators, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams in Solution Architecture, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Delivery.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and strategic goals.
• Represent TRG at European government, security, and law enforcement events.
• Travel frequently within the territory to cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
• 5+ years of B2G sales experience with a proven history of selling to government clients.
• Strong direct sales expertise across pertinent European government markets.
• An active and current network within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries, or other relevant government entities.
• Demonstrated understanding of European public sector procurement, tender procedures, framework agreements, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.
• Proven track record of personally leading and closing complex, high-value government deals with lengthy sales cycles.
• Experience collaborating with local partners, agents, distributors, and/or system integrators.
• Experience in selling software, cybersecurity, analytics, intelligence platforms, or other complex technological solutions is strongly preferred.
• Previous professional experience in intelligence, security, law enforcement, defense, or government institutions is considered a significant advantage.
• Understanding of GDPR, data protection, and data sovereignty requirements relevant to government clients.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages pertinent to the candidate's markets are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
