This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Expand and enhance TRG's presence throughout Southeast Asia, with a focus on government and law-enforcement clients.
• Establish and oversee a regional sales pipeline for Intellectus.
• Discover, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities.
• Manage intricate sales processes from initial contact to negotiation and contract finalization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and articulate value propositions based on TRG's offerings.
• Navigate the complexities of government budgeting, procurement procedures, and decision-making frameworks.
• Foster and sustain relationships with government and law-enforcement stakeholders.
• Develop and supervise regional partnerships, agents, and channel strategies.
• Identify local partners and devise market-specific engagement tactics.
• Cultivate a network within influential government and business sectors.
• Evaluate long-term business partnerships and strategies for market entry.
• Oversee the prioritization of opportunities, commercial structuring, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Achieve set sales targets and strategic goals.
• Keep track of market trends and pinpoint new regional opportunities.
• Collaborate sales efforts with Solution Architecture, Product, and other internal departments.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2G sales experience in selling software, technology solutions, or IT services to government clients in Southeast Asia.
• Proven success in government sales.
• Strong background in law-enforcement, public safety, intelligence, or other government sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with government budgeting, procurement, tendering, and purchasing processes in Southeast Asian markets.
• In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian market and local business, political, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability in managing and closing complex government sales opportunities.
• Experience in sales through local partners, channels, and agents.
• An established network within government and/or law-enforcement in Southeast Asia is a significant plus.
• Experience in the intelligence domain is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and take ownership of a regional territory.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
