
Sales Manager – GCC, Middle East, Channels, Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Formulate and implement a channel/partner strategy for the GCC and Middle East region, excluding Turkey.
• Manage current distributors while also recruiting and qualifying new channel partners.
• Establish commercial terms, quotas, training programs, performance evaluations, incentive plans, and collaborative business strategies.
• Propel sales of Revvity's reproductive health diagnostics, life sciences instruments and automation, as well as infectious disease assay offerings through various channels.
• Supervise distributor sales pipelines, forecasting, profit margins, inventory, promotional initiatives, and joint marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with product line managers, marketing, technical service, and regulatory teams for product launches, regulatory approvals, customer training, and after-sales assistance.
• Track competitor activities, distributor landscapes, and market trends, providing insights to global management.
• Participate in partner conferences, industry trade shows, and distributor meetings; represent Revvity within the region.
• Travel regionally throughout the GCC and Middle East as necessary, approximately 30–40% of the time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in sales or channel management within the diagnostics, life sciences, or automation sectors.
• Strong familiarity with the GCC and Middle East, particularly in KSA.
• Demonstrated success in managing distributors/channels and meeting regional sales objectives through an indirect sales model.
• Solid operational knowledge of automation, high-content screening, imaging systems, animal imaging, or instrumentation businesses.
• Comprehensive understanding of diagnostics portfolios in reproductive health and infectious disease is highly advantageous.
• Extensive network within KSA and the GCC, encompassing major laboratories, life sciences research institutions, distributor communities, and procurement organizations.
• Profound knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks and regional logistics requirements, including SFDA, MOHAP, DHA, local authority approvals, importation, warehousing, cold-chain management, and customs regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to develop joint business plans, manage complex distributor networks, and stimulate partner growth.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Strong analytical capabilities in forecasting, pipeline management, channel metrics, and margin discipline.
• Previous experience with diagnostic/automation launches in Saudi Arabia, Gulf healthcare/regulatory knowledge, distributor contracts, incentive models, and procurement dynamics, as well as pre-clinical or animal imaging experience, is preferred but not essential.
