This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel sales expansion of Electronic & Controls solutions within designated territories and accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and implement cross-selling opportunities in the current compressor and system business.
• Offer technical sales assistance during customer interactions, specification processes, and solution development.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, wholesalers, and key end-users.
• Conduct product presentations, value-driven selling, and customer training sessions.
• Aid in the introduction of new products and market launches.
• Track market trends and competitor activities concerning electronic controls and digital solutions.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and forecasting are maintained in Salesforce.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales or technical sales in refrigeration, controls, or related sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of refrigeration electronics and control systems.
• Experience in supporting OEM or key account sales teams with technical solutions.
• Capability to convert customer requirements into system architectures and solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food retail and cold chain applications.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical specifications at the engineering level.
• Proficient in English along with a local language pertinent to the region (e.g., German, French, or Polish).
