• Project revenue, manage budgets, and analyze variances to maximize financial results.
• Advocate for Innovation
• Partner with internal teams to deliver state-of-the-art water technology solutions to customers and distributors.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings to uphold Badger Meter’s leadership position.
• Build Robust Relationships
• Engage with key customers and distributors to comprehend their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Assist Account Managers in high-level presentations and strategic negotiations.
• Collaborate Across Departments
• Work closely with Marketing, Solution Architects, and Channel Managers to guarantee seamless support throughout the sales process.
• Offer insights and feedback to shape product development and enhance customer experience.
• Represent Badger Meter
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to highlight our leadership in water technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is required.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the utility or water sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, devise strategies, and achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer engagement and team support.
