This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Oversee and cultivate TRG's B2G sales pipeline within the DACH and Nordic regions, from the qualification stage to contract execution.
• Establish and nurture connections with law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security agencies, ministries, and other governmental organizations.
• Discover and secure new business opportunities for TRG's solutions.
• Navigate the complexities of public-sector procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs, public tenders, framework agreements, vendor qualifications, and budget cycles.
• Address customer needs regarding data protection, security, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.
• Prioritize markets and opportunities based on governmental initiatives, procurement timelines, budget availability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, integrators, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Delivery teams throughout the sales journey.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Achieve designated sales targets and strategic goals.
• Represent TRG at governmental, security, and law enforcement events throughout the region.
• Travel frequently across the DACH and Nordic areas to foster and sustain customer relationships.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2G sales experience with a successful track record in selling to government entities.
• Strong direct sales experience within DACH and/or Nordic government sectors.
• An active and current network among law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries, or other relevant governmental bodies in DACH and/or the Nordics.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement, tender processes, framework agreements, budget cycles, and decision-making mechanisms.
• Proven experience in personally leading and finalizing complex, high-value government contracts with lengthy sales cycles.
• Experience working collaboratively with local partners, agents, distributors, and/or system integrators.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, data protection, security, and data sovereignty requirements pertinent to governmental clients.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
• Highly self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven.
• Previous experience in selling software, cybersecurity, analytics, intelligence platforms, or other sophisticated technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Previous professional experience in intelligence, security, law enforcement, defense, or governmental institutions is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in German and/or a Nordic language is a considerable advantage, depending on territory coverage and existing network.
