• Achieve annual new business (ARR) objectives throughout the DACH region by utilizing a strategic combination of direct and partner-driven sales.
• Create and oversee a brand-new pipeline from the ground up, without relying on inherited accounts or territories.
• Generate leads through proactive direct outreach, as well as through partnerships, MSSPs, and alliance channels.
• Formulate and implement account and territory strategies that integrate direct engagement with partner-led initiatives when suitable.
• Identify, recruit, and engage new regional partners in close collaboration with the partner/alliance team.
• Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle, managing everything from initial contact to contract finalization.
• Retain ownership of deals while effectively coordinating internal teams, technical resources, and partners.
• Present OBRELA’s cybersecurity solutions using a value-, risk-, and outcome-focused selling method.
• Utilize MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or similar frameworks) to maintain strong qualification, pipeline discipline, and accurate forecasting.
• Ensure precise CRM reporting and clear visibility of both direct and partner-influenced pipelines.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales.
• Proven track record in a new logo, quota-carrying “hunter” position within the DACH market.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with partners, alliances, or indirect sales models, including co-selling and partner pipeline development.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to managed security services (MDR, MSSP, DFIR, Threat Intelligence).
• Experience in selling to mid-market and enterprise clients, engaging both business and technical decision-makers.
• Strong comprehension of complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes prevalent in the DACH region.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or comparable sales methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
• Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English is also essential.
