• Oversee and enhance our distribution partnerships in the DACH region, emphasizing dentistry and dental technology.
• Serve as the main liaison for partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), fostering robust relationships.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Discover and capitalize on new business opportunities in collaboration with our customers.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to maintain a comprehensive overview.
• Hold revenue accountability for your accounts while actively supporting the entire sales process to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Trainers.
• Participate in trade shows, congresses, and customer events.
• Several years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental, MedTech, or software sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional background.
• Passion for new technologies and digital solutions.
• Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a persuasive presence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong focus on closing deals.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
