This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance daily B2C sales operations to ensure alignment with revenue goals, service standards, and business objectives.
• Set and uphold operational standards, workflows, and best practices to promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Examine performance trends, pipeline health, and operational metrics to aid leadership in decision-making and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Guide, mentor, and develop frontline sales teams through structured one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and focused development plans.
• Lead weekly team meetings aimed at discussing performance results, execution priorities, and operational alignment.
• Perform quality assurance assessments, including call reviews and deal audits, to ensure compliance with sales standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and HR on recruitment decisions, onboarding strategies, and workforce planning.
• Authorize PTO and manage staffing levels to ensure operational continuity and meet productivity objectives.
• Act as the primary custodian of CRM (HubSpot) operational integrity, overseeing pipeline structure, deal governance, data accuracy, and reporting standards.
• Supervise deal crediting, compensation inputs, and data validation in collaboration with Finance and Compensation teams to guarantee precise and prompt reporting.
• Create, sustain, and expand onboarding materials, training documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Ensure consistent and compliant use of CRM through audits, coaching, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Site Managers to synchronize operational execution with company strategies.
• Serve as an intermediary between frontline teams and leadership, converting strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
• Convey performance insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement with clarity, accountability, and data-driven recommendations.
• 4–7+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership, ideally in a B2C setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and enhancing operational performance.
• Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
