This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Cultivate your sales territory β You will take charge of your sales area in Southwest Saxony / Zwickau β Plauen β Chemnitz and drive its strategic growth.
β’ Identify projects β You will actively seek out new construction and renovation projects and transform them into actionable business opportunities.
β’ Establish connections β You will proactively reach out to potential contacts via phone, referrals, existing CRM data, or directly on-site at projects and construction sites, supported by our lead generation team.
β’ Provide customer consultation β You will assess security and access control needs and create suitable solution concepts in collaboration with customers.
β’ Assist trade partners β You will closely collaborate with specialist trade partners and support joint projects in the marketplace.
β’ Oversee projects β You will manage projects throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through tender and proposal phases to successful completion.
β’ Maintain networks β You will develop trustworthy relationships with decision-makers, trade partners, and other project stakeholders in your region.
β’ Sales experience β You possess several years of experience in technical B2B field sales and project business.
β’ Industry knowledge β Ideally, you have experience in security, building, or access control technology, or related fields such as CCTV, building services engineering (TGA), or other technical building solutions.
β’ Technical proficiency β You can clearly explain technical solutions and are eager to engage deeply with digital locking technology.
β’ Passion for business development β You enjoy proactively contacting new leads and independently fostering business opportunities.
β’ Pipeline management β You prioritize your sales activities independently and recognize when active acquisition or focused project work is necessary.
β’ Mobility & language β Ideally, you reside in or near the sales territory and communicate fluently in German; English skills are a plus.
