• Develop a sales territory – You will independently oversee your sales territory in the northwestern Schleswig-Holstein area and plan its strategic growth.
• Acquire projects – You will proactively discover new construction and renovation projects, turning them into tangible business opportunities.
• Build contacts – You will actively reach out to potential stakeholders via phone, referrals, existing CRM data, or directly at project sites and construction locations, with support from our lead generation team.
• Advise customers – You will assess security and access needs and collaboratively create appropriate solution concepts with customers.
• Support trade partners – You will collaborate closely with specialist trade partners, assisting in joint market projects.
• Manage projects – You will oversee projects through every phase of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to tendering and quoting, culminating in successful closure.
• Maintain networks – You will cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, trade partners, and other project stakeholders within your region.
• Sales experience – You possess several years of experience in technical B2B field sales and project-based business.
• Industry knowledge – Ideally, you have a background in security, building or access control technology, or related fields such as CCTV, building services engineering (TGA), or other technical building solutions.
• Technical affinity – You are able to clearly explain technical solutions and are eager to work extensively with digital locking/access control technology.
• Passion for new business – You enjoy taking the initiative to connect with new contacts and independently foster business opportunities.
• Pipeline ownership – You autonomously organize your sales activities and can discern when to concentrate on active acquisition versus dedicated project work.
• Mobility & language – Ideally, you reside in or near the sales territory and communicate confidently in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
