This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Develop a sales territory β You will independently oversee your sales territory in the northwestern Schleswig-Holstein area and plan its strategic growth.
β’ Acquire projects β You will proactively discover new construction and renovation projects, turning them into tangible business opportunities.
β’ Build contacts β You will actively reach out to potential stakeholders via phone, referrals, existing CRM data, or directly at project sites and construction locations, with support from our lead generation team.
β’ Advise customers β You will assess security and access needs and collaboratively create appropriate solution concepts with customers.
β’ Support trade partners β You will collaborate closely with specialist trade partners, assisting in joint market projects.
β’ Manage projects β You will oversee projects through every phase of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to tendering and quoting, culminating in successful closure.
β’ Maintain networks β You will cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, trade partners, and other project stakeholders within your region.
β’ Sales experience β You possess several years of experience in technical B2B field sales and project-based business.
β’ Industry knowledge β Ideally, you have a background in security, building or access control technology, or related fields such as CCTV, building services engineering (TGA), or other technical building solutions.
β’ Technical affinity β You are able to clearly explain technical solutions and are eager to work extensively with digital locking/access control technology.
β’ Passion for new business β You enjoy taking the initiative to connect with new contacts and independently foster business opportunities.
β’ Pipeline ownership β You autonomously organize your sales activities and can discern when to concentrate on active acquisition versus dedicated project work.
β’ Mobility & language β Ideally, you reside in or near the sales territory and communicate confidently in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
β’ Autonomy & freedom // You will work independently, managing your sales territory with a sense of responsibility.
