This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of your sales territory in Southwest Saxony (Zwickau – Plauen – Chemnitz) and steer its strategic growth.
• You will actively seek out new construction and renovation projects, transforming them into tangible business opportunities.
• You will reach out to potential stakeholders through phone calls, referrals, existing CRM data, or by visiting projects and construction sites, all with the support of our lead-generation team.
• You will assess security and access control needs and collaborate with customers to create appropriate solution concepts.
• You will work closely with specialized trade partners and assist in joint market initiatives.
• You will guide projects through the entire sales process — from initial contact and tendering/offer stages to successful closure.
• You will establish strong connections with decision-makers, trade partners, and other project stakeholders within your region.
• Sales experience — You possess several years of experience in technical B2B field sales and project business.
• Industry knowledge — Ideally, you have a background in security, building or access control technology, or related fields such as CCTV, building services (TGA), or other technical building solutions.
• Technical affinity — You can clearly articulate technical solutions and are eager to engage intensively with digital locking/access control technology.
• Passion for new business — You enjoy taking the initiative to reach out to new contacts and independently cultivate business opportunities.
• Pipeline ownership — You are capable of independently prioritizing your sales activities and determining when to focus on active prospecting or specific project work.
• Mobility & languages — Ideally, you are based in or near the sales territory and are fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
• Autonomy & freedom // You will work autonomously, managing your sales territory with accountability.
• Structured onboarding // You will undergo extensive training on products, the market, and sales — starting with theoretical training in Unterföhring, followed by hands-on training with experienced colleagues in the sales territory.
